Hello, my name is Bob. I’ve always considered myself to be content with my life – for the most part I was happy and fairly healthy. Despite being content, I knew that something wasn’t quite right. I knew that I don’t eat very well, don’t exercise enough, performance is good but not as productive as I’d like it to be. I began to think more and more about change. Could I be happier? Healthier? Better? The answer is obvious – Yes you can! But how? Knowing and acting are not one in the same. I know that a salad is a healthy choice for lunch but I ate a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a Coke. I read that a glass of red wine is good for your heart, but I drank a whole bottle. The internet told me that regular exercise will increase your energy levels – instead I sat on the couch playing on my iPhone. Knowing is easy. Changing is hard.
Can small changes make a big difference? Let’s find out. Do something every day to become a better man (or woman).
Be healthy. Be happy. Be better.
