It Came From the Refrigerator… When the craving for Mac ‘n’ Cheese strikes it’s hard to deny the call. Rather than reaching for a box of Kraft Mac ‘n’ Cheese, which is highly processed and full of artificial coloring and flavoring, could we build a better version that’s fast, better for you and most importantly tastes great? You bet.
We started with Annie’s all natural Mac ‘n’ Cheese straight from the box (doesn’t get much easier than that right?). This was our base. Cooked the Annie’s per instructions, transferred to a CorningWare bowl, added some natural Canadian bacon, Cabot Jack cheese, fresh parmesan and some panko bread crumbs. Finished it in the oven for 10 minutes and there you have it – a better baked mac ‘n’ cheese.
Super delicious like you’d find in a restaurant and it all started with boxed mac ‘n’ cheese.
